I am posting this to let Todd Daugherty know that the libel posted at ve7kfm.com has cost my husband jobs and clients and has therefore done real and measurable financial damage to us.
Last week, we retained a law firm which is now having subpoenas served on the privacy protection service for ve7kfm.com. The subpoenas demand that the domain registrar release the identities of all owners. Pending the results of the subpoenas, our lawyer has filed a John Doe suit against the people at ve7kfm.com which demands $1 million in punative and compensatory damages.
At long last, we are going to drag those monsters into court and make them stand before a judge. Their time has come.

As for the 10 year old kid, a threat has to be a direct threat, and if I remember correctly, they were techincal not direct threats, Only Direct threats are illegal. Same applies when Todd threatened Riley, Todd didn't say he was going to cut Riley nuts off he said that someone should which is an indirect "threat". If I remember correctly Todd threatened Crow after Brian on his website VE7KFM.COM began telling other hams to file complaints with the FAA because Todd was learning to fly. As for the pipe bomb pictures, although there was only one. If memory served me correctly Todd posted "Maps" of a game he was working on. How do you know that the picture was directed to consolidated and not part of Todd's map making project for Left 4 dead?? It just like the time Brian sent the pictures of Todd with guns to the FBI cliaming they were a "threat" when there was no threat attached to those pictures.
